Tell us where you're at, what you've tried, any injuries or worries, and what would make this feel like a win. We listen, then we plan.

Attend Induction

Your first session is one-to-one with a coach. We meet you exactly at your level, show you the ropes, and get you booked in for your first proper sessions.

Questions, Answered.

Is it actually women only?
Yes — every session is women only. We have some male coaches who specialise in working with women 30+, but the training floor itself is exclusively for our female members. That's intentional and it's not changing.
I've never lifted a weight in my life.
Honestly? That's often easier for us. You arrive with no bad habits, so we get to teach you properly from day one. Around half our members had never set foot in a gym before joining us. You're in good company.
I've got a few injuries or niggles. Can I still train?
Yes — and our experience is that good strength training tends to make most niggles better, not worse. We adapt movements wherever needed, and you're always under coach instruction. Most members leave a session feeling better than when they arrived.
Do you offer nutrition support?
Yes. We don't do meal plans — they don't work long term. Instead, we help you build structure around your real life, with gentle accountability where you want it. Same principles, whatever your goal.
Do you have showers and changing facilities?
Yes — showers, changing rooms, the lot. You can come straight from work or head off straight after. Whatever fits your day.
