Is TBT Fitness actually women only?

Yes — every session is women only. We have some male coaches who specialise in working with women 30+, but the training floor itself is exclusively for our female members.

I've never lifted a weight in my life. Can I still join?

Yes, absolutely. Around half our members had never set foot in a gym before joining us. You arrive with no bad habits, so we get to teach you properly from day one.

I have injuries or niggles. Is TBT suitable?

Yes. Good strength training tends to make most niggles better, not worse. We adapt movements wherever needed, and you're always under coach instruction.

Does TBT offer nutrition support?

Yes. We don't do restrictive meal plans — they don't work long term. Instead we help you build structure around your real life, with gentle accountability where you want it.

Are there showers and changing facilities?

Yes — showers, changing rooms, the lot. You can come straight from work or head off straight after.
